• When "Next Day Delivery" or "Special Delivery" is stated this means from the day of posting, and not the day of purchase. Generally, orders made before 10am are posted on the same day, but this cannot always guaranteed during busy times.

  This means that if you place an order with Next Day Delivery on Monday after 10am, this will arrive to you on Wednesday.
  An order placed on Friday after 10am by Next Day Delivery will arrive on Tuesday.

• 4) Royal Mail Saturday Next Day Delivery™. If you pplace an order after 10am on Thursday, or before 10am on a Friday and you should choose this posting option because Royal Mail delivers by next day on a Saturday only with a surcharge of £2. Next Day Delivery paying the regular fare are delivered only Mon-Fri.

Refund Policy

• We will issue refunds or replacements for only lost deliveries, or when a warranty is explicitly advertised for a product.

• Refunds and replacements will be taken into consideration when claimed within 45 days from the order's submission in case of a lost delivery, and 20 days in all other cases.  We will not be able to send replacements or issue refunds for orders older than previously stated.
